Our Services

Quarterly Pest Control $85

• Starting at only $85 this service includes a full Exterior foundation treatment, 3 feet up from the foundation of your structure, and 3 feet out into the soil.
• Liquid barrier around all doorways and window seals
• Spider web/Wasp nest removal (up to 30 feet)
• Interior warranty! while we don’t need to treat the interior every visit, I believe you should always have the option!

Bi-Monthly Pest Control $65

• All the same features of previous, on an Every other month schedule!

Monthly Pest Control $40

• All the same features of previous, on a monthly schedule!

Mosquito/Tick $30 (Monthly only)

Mosquitoes and ticks like to make homes on the undersides of leaves in trees, shrubs, and other landscaped areas

• Monthly applications with a fine mist on the undersides of your trees, shrubs, and landscape areas to greatly reduce your pest population
• $30 is to cover 25 feet from the foundation of the structure, if you would like a larger area treated, price will be adjusted

One Time Service $125

• Single service Interior/Exterior with spider web/Wasp nest removal (30 day warranty)
• Carpenter bee (Exposed wood to be treated to prevent further wood boring)
• Stink bug/Lady bug
• Yellow jacket/Hornets nest

Bed Bug $150 per active room

• After an inspection to verify; rooms found to have active bed bugs will be treated using a liquid residual, as well as an aerosol application, dust, and insect growth regulator.
• 30 day follow up to ensure the bed bug population has been eliminated

German Roach $50 Monthly

• Interior to be treated monthly using a liquid residual, gel bait, and insect growth regulator
